Starting requirements
Quest giver: Agent Teleshko
Tier is the category of business licence required to rent a venue. A Tier 1 venue needs a Tier 1 licence. One licence is consumed per contract. You also pay an initial fee in Lims, the in-game currency, and daily rent.
Venue level measures a venue's growth after you rent it. Levelling up changes operating limits and rewards. Check it separately from Tier and the trading skill used to deal with merchants.
Finish the tutorial, meet Teleshko, then talk to Ava on Day 4 or later.

Open the property contract screen for the venue named in the objective. Check the required licence and Lims, then choose Rent.

- Check the required licence Tier, equipment setup cost and daily rent, then choose Rent.
Check:After signing, check that the venue appears in your venue list. One licence is consumed when signing the contract.

Open the property contract screen for the venue named in the objective. Check the required licence and Lims, then choose Rent.

Talk to Banor and invite him to join your growing business.

12Collect cherries
Buy 1 cherry from produce merchant Bryant Clicker in Lowtown.
Controls and steps
- Open the relevant merchant's purchase screen, select the requested item and buy the required quantity.
- Open your inventory and check that you have the correct item and quantity.
Check:Keep delivery items in your personal inventory. Items moved into venue stock or greenhouse storage do not count as items you are carrying.
13Collect vodka
Buy 1 vodka from drinks merchant Elvira Knowles in Meridian Market. Check its name and quantity in your inventory, and keep it with you until delivery.
14Collect liquid nitrogen
Buy 1 liquid nitrogen from chemical merchant Cade Larser on the oil rig. Check its name and quantity in your inventory, and keep it with you until delivery.
15Deliver the cocktail ingredients to Lily
Deliver the collected cocktail ingredients to Lily Nightingale.
16Rent Toshigami on Seaside Street
Open the property contract screen for the venue named in the objective. Check the required licence and Lims, then choose Rent.
17Rent Fusion Point in Eastern Residential
Open the property contract screen for the venue named in the objective. Check the required licence and Lims, then choose Rent.
18Rent Honeycomb Club at Hive Mall
Open the property contract screen for the venue named in the objective. Check the required licence and Lims, then choose Rent.
19Obtain a Tier 4 business licence
A Tier 4 licence lets you rent venues in that category. Obtain one through venue progression or relevant quest rewards. See the Tier 4 section of Licences and Expansion for the steps.

Open the property contract screen for the venue named in the objective. Check the required licence and Lims, then choose Rent.
21Rent Obsidian Noir at Metro Hub
Open the property contract screen for the venue named in the objective. Check the required licence and Lims, then choose Rent.
Choices and cautions
- Visit Teleshko outside curfew hours to report.
- Steps may include parallel objectives and alternative routes determined by your choices.
- Collect 1 cherry, 1 vodka and 1 liquid nitrogen, then deliver all three to Lily. The venue entries include alternative rental choices.
Completion requirements
Obtain licences progressively and rent an advanced venue using a Tier 4 licence.
