After finishing the first section of the tutorial, talk to Melty Bat.
Walkthrough
1Pitch neon to Quince
Pitch Melty's neon to Quince Krogan before he becomes unavailable. After the conversation, continue to the pitch to Harmony.
2Pitch neon to Harmony
Suggest neon for Harmony's mobile shop PRU. Emphasising its visual appeal raises the business rating, while recommending visibility in the dark lowers it. Both replies lead to an offer to visit Melty, so a rating change is not the same as quest failure.
3Pitch neon to Danny
Recommend neon to Danny Danetti before completing the conversation that makes him unavailable. If you have passed that point, check the Journal's report target before continuing to search for him.
4Return to Melty
Return to Melty Bat and report the neon sales results.
5Check on Melty
After reporting the results, talk to Melty again when the follow-up objective appears. Pitching to the customers may not finish the quest.
Choices and cautions
- Make the pitches before those characters become unavailable. Displayed objectives depend on Quince and Danny's status.
- Harmony's business-rating change is separate from quest failure. Do not restart solely because the rating fell. Progress the report while Melty is alive.
Completion requirements
Report the sales results to Melty and complete the subsequent follow-up.
